We are excited about our next venture for the Molly Fund, a family cookbook.

Do you or a lost loved one have a favorite recipe that you would like to share? We would love to have it. Please print out this form to submit your recipe(s) by February 8, 2011. Send in a picture and a short story with your recipe. You may also reserve a copy of the cookbook. The price of the cookbook is $20. You may reserve a cookbook online or submit payment by mail with this form. The cookbook will be available in May.
